I Purpose of the legal warning
These general conditions regulate the use of all services in the web www.ioncal.com, which the firm Ioncal Technologies, located in Johannes Kepler, 5 – Parque Tecnologico de Andalucia – 29590 – Campanillas – Malaga (Spain), makes available for Internet users. By using the web site, the user fully and without reservation accepts these general conditions, which may be amended by Ioncal Technologies at any time. Users are also subject to all those special conditions, notices or regulations of instructions of which they may be notified in relation to specific services or contents supplementing the provisions of these General Conditions, insofar as they are not incompatible therewith.

Whenever possible, Ioncal Technologies will give prior notice of any interruption in the functionality of the website. Ioncal Technologies disclaims all liability for any damages of any type whatsoever arising from the unavailability or discontinuation of the website or any of its services or from problems accessing the different pages comprising the site.
III Use of the Web Site
Save for prior express written authorisation by Ioncal Technologies the user shall abstain from gaining, or attempting to gain, access to any type of contents, including texts, graphic material, drawings, sound files, images or photographs, videos, software and, in general, any other material provided on the web site or the services, by any means other than the ones provided to him/ her to this end or generally used on the Internet for this purpose.
IV Intellectual Property
All contents, names, logos, trade marks and databases that can be accessed on web site’ pages are subject to Ioncal Technologies’ industrial and intellectual property rights. Under no circumstances will the user’s access to the web site pages imply a full or partial waiver, transfer or assignment of such right to use, modify, exploit, reproduce, distribute or make a public communication of the contents or industrial property assets without Ioncal Technologies’ prior express authorisation given specifically for such purposes. VII Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by the Spanish law. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the application of the services or interpretation or application of the General Conditions, Ioncal Technologies. and the user agree to submit such dispute to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga, waiving any other jurisdiction which might otherwise apply. |
